1. Services

• Our services include event planning, decorations, resort bookings, vintage car rentals, and other related offerings.
• All services will be executed as per the agreed-upon contract and timeline.

2. Booking and Payments

• A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a 70% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the event date.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

4. Customization and Changes

• Any changes to the agreed-upon design or services must be requested at least 10 days in advance and may incur additional charges.
• We reserve the right to adjust designs due to practical or logistical constraints while ensuring quality.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or third-party vendors.
• Any damages to rented items (e.g., vintage cars or decor pieces) will be charged to the client.

6. Use of Images

• We reserve the right to use images of decorations and setups for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including dates, venues, and special requests.
• Any delay in providing information may impact service delivery.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and ensure your personal information will only be used to provide the requested services.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
